Positive: Dzīvoklis ļoti labs, tīrs un pietiekami labi aprīkots. Dzīvoklis atrodas tuvu centram, netālu no operas un Cīrihes ezera. Patika ari pati māja, ar plašu un tīru kāpņu telpu. Dzīvoklī bija ļoti kluss, nebija nekādu trokšņu no blakus dzīvokļiem, kā arī no ielas, jo dzīvokļa logi vērstu uz nelielu šķērsielu, kurā transporta kustība ir minimāla.

Apartamento fantástico junto al Lago Positive: El apartamento esta en una zona muy centrica, cerca del lago y con muchos servicios proximos. El apartamento es espacioso, muy luminoso y decorado con muebles de calidad. La cocina esta bien equipada y estaba todo muy limpio. La cama es muy grande, y tiene un sofa-cama muy comodo. Negative: Desde la calle hay que subir 10 escalones para llegar al rellano del ascensor
